Sweet Almahaba

The delivery is really bad, I waited an hour for my order and it didn't arrive after an hour, they sent me an email saying it was cancelled, that's really bad delivery.

Yesterday I had an engagement party, and I cooked everything for the buffet and made the sweets myself.

But because I didn't have time, I decided to order pastries and a pizza from them.
Honestly, it was awful! It was embarrassing! The guests criticized the pastries. The pizza, I swear to God, was just a layer of dough with three corn kernels.
It had no taste or appearance. The cheese was the same. I swear to God, I've never given a bad review to anyone before. I sent them a constructive critique on WhatsApp so they'd pay attention to others. I'm not going to gain anything from them, and I don't want anything from them. They called me and yelled at me. They said, "What are you waiting for? For it to arrive?" and that they didn't add any toppings so it wouldn't stick with them in the business. They said that's how pizza should look. They said it's okay for the muhammara to be made with kashkaval cheese, but it's just dough and pepper paste. They asked me, "What are you waiting for?" That's it.

And yesterday he placed another order, bigger than mine, and didn't even bother to complain.
He shut me up and didn't give me a chance to say anything, even though I messaged him on WhatsApp and refused to come here to complain.
Shame on him!
My complaint was just in case this happened to someone else.
Even though I heard from a lot of people that his work is terrible, I shouldn't order from him.
And now I'm saying it without even batting an eye: the food is bad, the service is even worse, and it's even worse than the order itself.
